1 🕐 45–60 Minutes

Conference Masterclass

A hands-on session for a summit or conference program.

Interactive throughout, with individual work and brief small-group pressure-testing. Sized for twenty to eighty participants and adapted to the room and the time slot offered.

Offered as a content contribution. A framework and exercises, vendor-neutral, with no product pitch. Self-contained, with its own workbook and take-home materials, so it is low lift for the program team.

Best For: summit and conference startup tracks looking for practical content that makes a startup package worth buying.

2 🕐 2–4 Hours

Accelerator or Incubator Workshop

The full session, for a group of ten to twenty startups.

Hands-on from start to finish. Every founder works on their own venture as the session runs, so nobody leaves with notes they will never open. Comes with a participant workbook and a take-home readiness tracker to continue the self-assessment after the room empties.

What Participants Leave With:

  • A buyer and pain map naming their real champion and the wider buying center
  • A value message written in pharma's language, with the proof they have and the proof they still need
  • A pilot or expansion partnership structure designed to de-risk the deal and generate fundable traction
  • A take-home readiness tracker to log GTM messages and assets by stakeholder

Best For: accelerators and incubators running a group of health tech companies preparing to approach pharma.

3 🕐 2 Hours per Company

One-to-One Deep Dives

Individual follow-up for companies that have been through a group workshop.

Two hours with a single company, working on the actual materials rather than the theory: the client pitch, the investor deck, and the proof points behind the claims. Because the team has already worked through the frameworks in the group session, the diagnosis starts warm and the two hours go further.

What the Founder Leaves With:

  • Sharper go-to-market messaging, tested against how pharma actually evaluates
  • An honest read on which claims their current evidence supports
  • A clear view of the proof they still need to build, and in what order

Best For: companies that have attended a workshop or masterclass at an accelerator, incubator or conference and want to keep working on their pitch one to one. Arranged through the host program, or directly.
